Cathedral, or Cathedral Rock, is a popular dive site located off Bagalangit, Mabini. It is a marine sanctuary teeming with fish of all sorts: butterflyfish, triggerfish, wrasse, angelfish, damselfish, surgeonfish, pufferfish, Moorish idols, hawkfish, clownfish, parrotfish, frogfish, as well as sea cucumbers, sea stars, anemones, barrel sponges, octopuses, and green sea turtles.
The spot resembles a roofless cavern and consists of two seamounts. It has an average depth of about 20 meters/66 feet and can be explored by divers of all levels. The average water temperature is 28° C/82° F, but it is best to visit the area during the dry season, which runs from November to April.
