Tanikely South is one of the two dive sites around the tiny Tanikely Island, the other one being Tanikely North.
This is an enchanting, colorful dive where divers can spot barracudas, moray eels, stingrays, tuna, frogfish, lionfish, triggerfish, blowfish, sea turtles, and groupers. Hard and soft corals, brain corals, gorgonians, and tube sponges complete this magnificent picture. The corals are well preserved around this island.
The average depth at Nosy Tanikely is 10 meters (33 feet) and the maximum depth does not exceed 15 meters (49 feet). Visibility is great and can exceed 30 meters (100 feet).
