Turtle Crossing is a great spot for seeing lots of sea turtles. As many as 30 turtles can be seen during a single dive. Most are green sea turtles, but you may see some Hawksbill turtles as well, if you’re lucky.
The spot is located between West End and West Bay and consists of a coral channel leading to a drop-off at 40 meters/120 feet. There are two sandy plateaus at 6 and 13 meters/20 and 45 feet surrounded by coral structures. Divers can find an abundance of marine life.
Sergeant majors, Brazilian chubs, jawfish, triggerfish, groupers, flounders, arrow crabs, coral banded shrimp, nudibranchs, and lobster are some of the marine animals you can spot here.
