An excellent dive ruined by a very long walk.
Gear up at the Surf Club and walk all the way under the jetty to the southern corner of the little beach. Have a rest.
Get into the trench and fin out to the end, when you can sea the life ring on the southern rock head land, descend.
Follow the rocks all the way around until you get to the jetty.
Once you get to the jetty, on the left will be some large chains, follow these out to the south and there is some wreckage from the Wallarah, a cargo ship that ran aground in 1914. There is an old boiler but not much else is left.
Return to the jetty and follow it into the shore.
This site is condition dependent and can only be dived when it is calm.
It is possible to see almost anything here and you can hear whales during their northern migration.
