Tenneco Towers

Dive site in
Improve

Tenneco Towers is the largest artificial reef in South Florida. It consists of two oil drilling platforms that rise from a depth of about 33 meters/110 feet. A third one which was placed in deeper waters was hit by a hurricane and is no longer dived.

When descending to the Towers, you’ll approach the top decks which are found 18 and 24 meters (60 and 80 feet) underwater.

Marine life is spectacular and includes different types of hard and soft corals, sponges, angelfish, hogfish, barracudas, tunas, sea turtles, and sharks.
