Mauan is a dive site located off Pulau Siaba Besar, in the eastern part of the Komodo National Park. The strong currents in this area bring big stuff like manta rays, which are commonly seen at this spot waiting to be cleaned by the cleaner fish at the cleaning station.
Bamboo sharks, white tip sharks, blacktip sharks, sea turtles, scorpionfish, leaf fish, nudibranchs, manta shrimps, as well as gardens of soft corals complete the scenery.
The maximum diving depth is 25 meters (82 feet).
