Kani Corner is an exciting drift dive located about 70 minutes away by boat from Halhumale, the Maldives. The best season to dive here is during the south west monsoon, when the current is strong and perfect for drifting. You can even experience those “washing machine” currents.

Some of the marine animals you can spot at Kani Corner include whitetip reef sharks, snappers, barracudas, bluefin jacks, fusiliers, Napoleon wrasses, and sweetlips. In season, manta rays can be seen around the coral blocks at 25 meters/82 feet.

Kani Corner is suitable for divers of all levels. The minimum diving depth is 5 meters/16 feet and you can go down to about 30 meters/100 feet.
