Boris is a wreck dive site located on the southwestern side of Sal, Cape Verde. The wreck is reachable by boat.

A former Russian commercial ship, it was sunk on purpose in 2006 by the local authorities to create an artificial reef. Their plan was successful, and the ship is now home to several species of fish, and even manta rays are sometimes seen in this area.

Penetration is possible for certified wreck divers, but bring a torch.

Boris lies between 20 and 28 meters/66-90 feet and is accessible to advanced divers. Visibility is usually good, and you should be able to get a good view of the ship.
