Jellyfish

Alternative names: Medusozoa

The Jellyfish is a invertebrate animal which can be found in warm and cold ocean waters.
They have an umbrella-shaped body with tentacles that have tiny stinging cells that are used to stun or paralyze their prey. The jellyfish stings can be paintful even for humans and sometimes they can even be very dangerous or even deadly. Fortunately, they don't attack humans, unless provoked, but a person can accidentally touch a jellyfish.
In some countries, such as China, Japan and Korea, the jellyfish is known as a delicacy and is also used in Chinese medicine.
