The Yellow House site off Cozumel, Mexico is a great dive for beginners. It's not the most popular reef in the area as it's more of a transition reef that used to have hardly any form of life.

About 20 years ago, the reef was destroyed by a hurricane and covered in sand. As time passed, however, some species of hard corals and soft corals began to reproduce.

This shallow dive features a depth of about 15 meters (50 feet) and moderate current.

Common marine life divers can spot at the Yellow House reef includes angelfish, butterflyfish, black groupers, and sea turtles. One may also find barracudas, damselfish, moray eels, parrotfish, and nurse sharks.
