Weissensee

Located at an altitude of 945 meters (3,100 feet), Weissensee is the highest lake in the Alps. It offers a visibility of up to 20 meters (66 feet) and can be dived year-round. It is also a popular ice diving site.

The average depth is 5 meters (16 feet), and among the main highlights are the sunken objects found here such as britzskas.

The marine life includes freshwater fish such as trouts, perches, pike, and carp.
