Tug Military Pr-38 "tunj"

Wreck PR-38 Tunj is a wreck dive site with depths of 5 to 18 meters/16-59 feet. The wreck is found in very good condition and is suitable for all categories of divers.

The ship was built in the city of Split in 1954 and was in the ranks of the Naval Forces of Yugoslavia and the Naval Forces of Montenegro before being sold to a private company. In 2013, Ship PR-38 "Tunj" was sunk on purpose in the Boka bay to create a playground for divers.

On and around the wreck you can see the usual Adriatic Sea inhabitants such as cuttlefish, octopuses, and crabs.

Military tugboat PR-38 "Tunj" was built in the city of Split at the shipyard "Brodogradjevna industrija Split" in 1954. The ship was in the ranks of the Naval Forces of Yugoslavia, it was modernized in 1975. Since 2006, as a military tugboat PR-38 "Tunj" was in the ranks of the Naval Forces of Montenegro. In 2009, the tugboat PR-38 "Tunj" was sold to a private company. In October 2013 the ship PR-38 "Tunj" sunk in the Boka bay not so far from the town of Perast. Ship "Tunj" lies at a small depth, so it is suitable for all categories of divers. During a dive on the ship PR-38 "Tunj" you can see crabs, octopus, cuttlefish and other underwater inhabitants of the Adriatic Sea.
