Sao Macario is an 80-meter-long/262-foot-long shipwreck located in Mindelo's bay. The wreck is now home to a diversity of marine animals, including pufferfish, parrotfish, scorpionfish, soldierfish, goatfish, grunts, moray eels, and nudibranchs.
The maximum depth at Sao Macario is 15 meters/50 feet, which makes the wreck accessible to all divers.
