Ron's Point

Improve

Ron's Point is a beautiful dive site that starts as a sandy slope and turns into a coral wall. It is located within the Bunaken National Park, Indonesia, a marine park found near the center of the Coral Triangle. As such, this spot too offers a multitude of fish and coral species.

You can observe creatures like sharks, eagle rays, tuna, jacks, barracudas, parrotfish, scorpionfish, groupers, moray eels, garden eels, leaf fish, ghost pipefish, nudibranchs, crabs, and more. You may even see some dugongs.

The current here can be strong, so it is important you have experience in diving in these conditions. Otherwise, the water temperatures remain high throughout the year (26° to 30 ° C/78° - 86° F) and it is possible to explore this spot during all seasons.
