Jump few hundreds meters up and swim back with the wall on your right, you will find an amazing plateau at 15 mt full of table corals and hard corals.
The plateau reaches 25 meters before the dropp-off in the deep blu.

Ras Abu Soma is a reef and wall dive site located off Hurghada. The “Ras” (head) is a wall that ends in a 25 meters/82 feet deep plateau.
On the plateau, there are very old table corals and you may spot some big stuff such as grey reef sharks, whitetip reef sharks, eagle rays, stingrays, and even hammerheads. Sea turtles, barracudas, octopuses, and cuttlefish can also be seen at this dive site.
Ras Abu Soma has a maximum depth of 35 meters/115 feet and is accessible to advanced divers.
Ras Abu Soma is a fringing reef that runs east to west along the southern side of Soma Bay. The Ras Abu Soma Garden is a plateau that starts to slowly slope to 30 meters/100 feet. It is an area filled with lots of hard coral blocks and immense table corals.
There are lots to schooling fish, octopuses, moray eels, sea turtles, stonefish, barracudas, and the occasional Napoleon wrasses to be seen here.
