Peltastis Wreck

The wreck "Peltastis" is an old Greek ship, which crashed on a nearby rock in 1968 and sunk, and still remains basically intact.

The bow of "Peltastis" lies at 17 meters deep, while its stern is at 32 meters deep.

There is an average visibility of maximum 10 meters at this dive site, with possible weak currents.

"Peltastis" can be safely penetrated by divers if they have proper training.

The wreck is constantly visited by conger eels and schools of fish while sea slugs, sponges and lobsters are permanent residents.
