The Cathedral dive site is located on the west part of Mauritius, off Flic en Flac. What’s impressive about this spot is its topography: lots of cavities, caves, and arches. It got its name because of the cathedral-like cavern filled with natural light, which creates an eerie atmosphere.

The dive begins at about 18 meters/60 feet and then you descend to nearly 30 meters/100 feet. among the cracks and crevices, you can spot numerous marine creatures such as wrasses, sweetlips, groupers, clownfish, angelfish, shrimps, moray eels, and more.

You can dive at The Cathedral dive site all year round! The water temperatures range from 22° to 28° C/71° to 82° F.
