Kontiki House Reef is a great site for divers of all levels. It has a shallow flat area - covered with seagrass and coral - that’s great for learning and a steep slope that leads to an artificial reef. The large piece of metal was placed underwater in the ‘90s and is now covered with hard and soft corals.
The slope descends to over 100 meters/330 feet. However, the most interesting part of Kontiki is the shallow part from 8 to 20 meters/26-66 feet. Here you’ll find interesting critters among the rocks. Good place for macro photography.
Night dives are regularly performed at this site.
