Kalipayan is a wall dive site located at Danao, Panglao Island. With a depth of 3 to 25 meters (10-80 feet) and little to no current, this is a perfect spot for divers of all levels as well as snorkelers. The dive is most interesting around 7 to 12 meters (23-40 feet).
Start with the slope on the right shoulder, going southwest. You’ll see some nice table corals, brown daisy coral, sea fans, and a variety of marine animals such as banded pipefish, harlequin ghost pipefish, triggerfish, barracudas, lionfish, among others.
