Fener is located off the Mediterranean city of Kas, Turkey. It consists of a rocky bottom, numerous rock formations, and a reef located at the end of the bay.
There’s also some amphora remains that are believed to be of Roman origin. You can find them on the deeper part of the reef.
The site is a popular night diving spot. With good visibility, no currents, an average depth of only 15 meters/50 feet, and a low difficulty level that makes it accessible to all divers, Fener is a good site for a relaxing dive. But just don’t come with high expectations.
