Elviscot Wreck

Improve

Elviscot is a former freighter weighing 499 tons that in 197, on its way from Naples to Marseille, ran onto some rocks and was damaged beyond repair. Part of the ship was removed as it posed risks for swimmers, and the remaining part was sunk.

The wreck lies on its side at a depth of only 12 meters/40 feet. Divers can observe the stern, bridge, and part of the side bow.

The relitto Elviscot is now home to a number of marine species such as groupers, moray eels, conger-eels, white breams, banded breams, and octopuses.
