Dos Cocos is located within Parque Nacional del Este, the Dominican Republic. It’s one of the best dive sites in La Romana, with its high biodiversity and calm waters.

The reef is teeming with life of all sorts, including scorpionfish, butterflyfish, surgeonfish, needlefish, and many different sea turtles – loggerhead, leatherback, green, and Hawksbill. Keep an eye out for dolphins and whales too.

Scuba diving in the Dominican Republic is possible all year round. The water temperatures warm up at 24° C/75° F even during winter. Visibility is very good, and you don’t have to worry about strong currents either.
