Deep Rock is an interesting dive site located just a few minutes off Malapascua Island. As the name suggests, the dive is concentrated around an underwater rock located at a depth of 14 to 16 meters (46-52 feet).

The rock is covered with stunning soft corals among which you can spot colorful nudibranchs, pygmy seahorses, antennials, harlequin shrimps, juvenile batfish, ghost pipefish, frogfish, and flaming crabs.

The dive starts at 5 meters/16 feet can slopes down to 22 meters/72 feet. Divers of all levels can explore the site within the limit of their certification.

You can dive around Malapascua all year round, but the weather tends to get rough in November and December.
