Roatan's Church Wall offers one of the most beautiful wall dives on the island. With a dive site depth going from 15 to 60 meters, it is recommended that divers who choose to venture here are of at least intermediate level.

The clear waters with excellent visibility offer fantastic photography opportunities for the walls which are populated with numerous critters.

Among the species which can be found here are crustaceans such as crabs and lobsters, groupers, sea fans, sea whips and sponges, snappers, as well as larger marine life such as rays and turtles and the occasional nurse sharks.

Church Wall is a superb wall dive site located off the south shore of Oakridge, Roatan. It is part of the Church Reef dive site, which consists of the wall and the reef parts.

The wall starts at 15 meters/50 feet and drops to more than 60 meters/200 feet. The clear water and abundance of fish make it the perfect spot for underwater photography.

Nurse sharks, eagle rays, snappers, groupers, creole wrasses, spotted drums, moray eels, seahorses as well as various species of coral are some of the marine creatures you can spot at Church Wall.
