Cerebros

Improve

Cerebros takes its name after the numerous brain coral formations which populate this dive site. It is between 10 and 12 meters deep, which makes it a dive spot suitable even for the novice divers, but at the same time it remains interesting enough even for the more advanced divers, as there are underwater canyons and arches to swim through.

Cerebros can be done as a drift dive.

The marine life here is typical for Cozumel and includes barracudas, grunts, groupers, snappers, lobsters, porkfish, king crabs, angelfish, soft and hard corals, gorgonians, sponges.

The water temperature ranges from 23 to 27 degrees Centigrade, according to the season.
