Carpet Cove is one of the best dive sites found in Beqa Lagoon. This spot features not only a superb display of soft corals but also a wreck.
At the depth of about 30 meters/100 feet, you will find an old fishing vessel that has been sunk on purpose in 1996 to provide habitat to the abundant fish life in this area. The wreck sits upright, overgrown with beautiful marine flora.
Adjacent to the wreck you will find some pinnacles that rise to 5 meters/15 feet from the surface. Lots of aquatic life to see here as well.
Diving is great all year round, with warm waters throughout all seasons.
