Black Forest North

Black Forest North is a beautiful wall dive situated on the north side of Grand Cayman. The spot was named for the abundance of black coral found at depth. They’re found from the reef slope until the edge of the reef ledge, where the drop-off is.

Rich and varied marine life that includes eagle rays, sea turtles, crustaceans, as well as sea fans and barrel sponges.

Black Forest North can be dived for both deep and shallow profiles. Most divers swim down to about 30 meters/100 feet. Visibility is excellent.

Scuba diving in Grand Cayman is possible all year long. September, however, can bring rougher waters, and the chances of a hurricane increase.
