Batu Kelebit is a dive site suitable for the more advanced divers, as it has an average depth of 25 meters, the current varies in intensity from mild to strong and sometimes there are also the feared down currents.

There are steep ridges and two large rocks at this dive spot, which bears certain differences from the Tulamben Bay in both the colour of the sand (as there are areas with white sand at depths varying from 25 to 40 meters) and the most common reef fish which can be found here.

Divers can find here both hard and soft corals, table corals, sponges, fire corals, sea fans. Among the species of fish which can be found here are jawfish, cuttlefish, lionfish, dartfish, trevally, pufferfish.

Batu Kelebit also features the phenomenon of upwelling, which means that cool currents rise from the depths. This lowers the water temperature and brings nutrients to the dive spot in the form of plankton, which increases the chances to spot pelagic species such as mantas, whitetip reef sharks, mola mola, barracudas, and tunas.
