Bantigue is a popular dive site among divers that want to do muck diving in a shallow spot that also offers a display of colorful corals. The dive starts at the shallow reef that then turns into a sandy bottom at 12 meters/40 feet.
Some of the interesting critters you can find here include meilbe nudibranchs, zebra crabs, frogfish, and banded boxer shrimps. Other commonly found creatures that live in this area are fire urchins, cuttlefish, dwarf lionfish, snake eels, and snowflake moray eels. Occasionally, you may spot mimic octopuses and the weird stargazers.
