Koh Tao Divers, also known as KTD, is the oldest scuba diving school on Koh Tao - since 1987! They're known for their experienced instructors, relaxed vibe and amazing diving. KTD is Finnish owned and run, but the courses run also in English, Italian and Danish when needed.
At KTD you will find the full range of diving courses starting from beginner courses all the way to professional level and technical diving. They’re affiliated with Scuba Schools International and proudly boast the Diamond Instructor Training Resort rating. In technical diving they offer both SSI Extended Range and TDI courses.
Koh Tao Divers is fully self-operated with its own dive boat M/V Sinking; a long tail boat that serves as the connection to the beach, and its own compressor with nitrox capabilities. At the shop you find 24 full sets of regularly maintained dive gear. For the technically minded divers they also have sidemount and rebreather sets for rent.
