Aquarius Fritid is run by Jamil Khalayli. After Jamil finished the military service in the Navy in 1984, he worked as a diving instructor at Oslo Froskemannsskole.
A year later, he started his first diving center. Jamil has overseen several diving centers over the years and has educated more than 3000 divers in Norway.
