The broadnosed pipefish is a fish native to the Eastern Atlantic that can also be found in the Mediterranean Sea, Black Sea, and Sea of Azov.
This slender fish averages 15 to 20 cm (6 to 8 in) in length but can grow to a maximum of 25 cm (10 in).
