Wahoo Rock, located off Coiba Island, is one of the best dive sites to spot giant manta rays, whale sharks, whitetip reef sharks, and big schools of jacks, snappers, and barracudas in Panama. Many of the marine creatures can be seen at the several cleaning stations in the area. The luckiest of divers may even get a chance to see a humpback whale.

The dive starts at about 13 meters/40 feet and descends to the rocky terraces and sand channels down at about 30 meters/100 feet. When the currents are stronger, Wahoo Rock becomes a great drift dive.
