Playa Funchi is located in the Washington Slagbaai National Park, Bonaire. The reef is located between 16 and 30 meters/55-100 feet and is home to beautiful corals and fish. You can spot many marine creatures such as trumpetfish, parrotfish, mackerels, crabs, squid, shrimps, trunkfish, razorfish, and bigeye trevallies.
There’s also a wonderful display of coral such as staghorn coral, star coral, golfball coral, pig-tooth coral, brain coral, as well as azure vase sponges, and sea fans.
Playa Funchi is recommended for advanced divers. You may experience strong currents in this area. Good visibility.
