Marsa Abu Galawa is a beautiful dive site consisting of small pinnacles of hard coral, an eel garden, a drop-off, and overall rich fish life.
You can dive this site in two ways: one - by going south along a smaller reef to cross the plateau and reach the ridge, or two - by going straight ahead to the ridge of the plateau and coming back toward the reef.
Look out for the scorpionfish, stonefish, lionfish, glassfish, groupers, moray eels, and critters like nudibranchs, seahorses, and shrimps.
