Dolphin House is located on the west coast of Cebu island and is just a 10-minute boat ride from Moalboal. Despite its name, you probably won’t see any dolphins here, but it offers plenty of other attractions, nonetheless.
This gentle slope goes down to 20 meters/66 feet and then turns into a drop off to 45 meters/148 feet. The wall is covered with coals and big sea fans. If you have a keen sense of observation, you may even find pigmy seahorses among the coral. fusiliers, tangs, anthias, and a multitude of small colorful fish can be seen here.
The best time to dive in the Cebu region is during the dry season, which runs from November to May. Visibility is, on average, 15 meters/50 feet.
