Clam City is a dive site located North of Mecherchar Island, a 30-minute boat ride from Koror. As the name suggests, this spot is a great place to see giant Tridacna Clams. Some of these clams weigh as much as 115 kg/250 lb and are believed to be over 100 years old.
Other marine animals you can see here include anthias, sergeant majors, Chromis, and Moorish idols. The seabed is filled with staghorn corals and large Porites coral heads.
Clam City is a shallow dive site with a depth of 10 meters/30 feet. It is accessible to divers of all levels and has no current.
