Blu Water Scuba is owned and operated by a US Navy Veteran and is a full-service PADI Five Star Instructor Development training center servicing the dive community since 2010! We are located in Winchester VA. Blu Water Scuba also has a PADI Tec Instructor Trainer on staff so that current PADI instructors can come to Blu Water Scuba to obtain a rating as a Tec Instructor.
