Diving holiday Maldives Liveaboard Vaavu Atoll Fushi Kandu is situated around Felidhoo Atoll, Maldives and features a healthy reef and a number of overhangs and caves. There are rarely any strong currents at this dive site. When To Go Diving It is possible to dive at Fushi Kandu all year round, but the period from January to May has better weather and sea conditions. The period from June to November is characterized by lots of rain and strong winds. The average air temperature is 28-30C/82-86F, and the water is generally 26-29C/79-84F. What to see Fushi Kandu is a well-known dive site for spotting sea turtles. It is also easy to see moray eels, Napoleons, barracudas, and snapper. The smaller species of colorful reef fish and crustaceans hide among the staghorn acroporas and gorgonians.
