It is about a wreckage, a bomber engine from the II World War. This bomber was from England and it’s destiny was its Malta base. On his way through our international waters, it was thought to have disappeared for a long time. Apparently, it fell into the sea by the Algarrobico ravine level. From there, not a long time ago, a fishing boat accidentally dragged it till the S.Andrés island, where now it can be visited it over a muddy bottom at 27 metres deep.
The engine show its beauty impressing us with its size and dimensions. We always find there congers and moray eels hidden inside, besides atlantic pollocks, groupers, seabreams and a long etc. Sometimes we also see some of the friendly sunfishes (mola mola).
The immersion has different routes depending on the level of the divers, but all of them are in the Cabo de Gata-Nijar Natural Park.
