Welsh Diving is a dive training school offering PADI training programmes and qualifications. Welsh Diving is committed to scuba diving as a sport. Therefore they are working to develop information on the fitness aspects of scuba diving. They intend providing regular features and are currently planning to introduce fitness schedules.
