Yucab Reef is a site for intermediate divers and dive centers usually go there for the second dive in a day.

With a depth between 13 and 18 meters, Yucab Reef features an abundance of healthy corals due to the strong current which brings nutrients.

The common residents of this reef include moray eels, grunts, snappers, groupers, stingrays, butterflyfish, turtles, nurse sharks, seahorses and barracudas.

Divers come across a patch of turtle grass at the beginning of the dive.
