Sa Mama Chiatta is located off Capo Figari, on its southeast wall to be exact. The name of the dive site comes from the stretch of coast that the local fishermen nicknamed Sa Mama Chiatta (fat mama).
This is one of the most beautiful dive sites in the area. It’s a fun dive with tunnels, ravines, and bottlenecks. Look for the nudibranchs, moray eels, conger eels, lobsters, and groupers. There’s lots of life here!
