Panagsama is a house reef in Moalboal, Cebu Island, Philippines. The reef drops from 3 meters/10 feet down to 40 meters/130 feet. This is a colorful dive where you will dive among fields of soft coral scattered with sea whips.
Underwater fauna includes species such as anemonefish, angelfish, lionfish, pipefish, tuna, mackerels, and schools of trevallies.
You can dive here all year round, but the best time to visit is between November and April.
