El Malek is a dive site located North of Makadi Bay, Hurghada. It's not among the most visited sites in the area, which is actually a good thing because the corals here are in a very good state.
The marine life includes bluespotted stingrays, tuna, trevallies, groupers, reef sharks, and mackerels.
El Marek features a reef wall with a plateau at 20 meters and a drop-off reaching a depth 40 meters.
The site is suitable for divers of all levels of experience.
