Bandos Rock dive site is located off the east side of the island of Bandos. Large table corals, tiered overhangs, a pinnacle creating a canyon for divers to swim through, and abundant marine life are just some of the selling points of this beautiful dive spot.
Whitetip sharks, blacktip sharks, stingrays, jacks, and numerous small reef fish can be seen here. The shallow part of the reef has a healthy variety of hard corals.
Bandos Rock is usually done as a drift dive, so inexperienced divers should exercise caution when diving near the overhands, where the currents tend to form a washing machine effect. Nonetheless, this is a dive site suitable for divers of all levels.
