Gili Air Harbor is a muck dive site located on the southern tip of the Gili Air island in Indonesia. It can be done as a boat or shore dive, and since it is only 18 meters (59 feet) deep, it is suitable for divers of all levels. The Harbor features patches of reefs and a pinnacle.

Due to the boat traffic during the day, diving here occurs after 5 PM which is why Gili Air Harbor is also a popular night dive. There’s still plenty to see after dusk here! It’s also a hotspot for critter-loving underwater photographers.

Among the marine life, you can expect to find here are the schooling sweetlips, banded pipefish, ghost pipefish, Cockatoo waspfish, frogfish, octopus, bobtail squid, seahorses, sponge crabs, Hawksbill turtles, and various species of nudibranchs.

Diving is possible year-round, with average water temperatures around 27° C/80° F, but visibility is not always the best.
