Batu Nisan, or Tomb Stone Reef, is a reef dive site on the east coast of Perhentian Kecil. It features largely hard coral in very shallow water with no current, so it’s perfect for beginner divers.
Jenkin whip rays, blue-spotted stingrays, sea turtles, clownfish, gobies, angelfish, batfish, and bumphead parrotfish are just some of the creatures you will spot here.
You can dive here from April to October. The monsoon season (October to April) shuts down the island and the seas are too rough for diving.

Visibility: 15 meters/50 feet
